Orders are placed through our website or app and confirmed via WhatsApp. Product availability, final pricing, and delivery timelines are shared before payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Order confirmation is sent after we verify details on WhatsApp.
• Images are representative; slight colour or fabric variations may occur.

We ship across India. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹1,499. For smaller orders, shipping charges are communicated on WhatsApp before you pay.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner. Delays due to weather, festivals, or carrier issues are not within our direct control.

We offer easy 7-day returns and exchanges on unused items with original tags attached. Initiate a return by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order details.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Sale or customised items may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Profile information (name, phone, address) is used to fulfil orders and improve your checkout experience.

All content on Drape & Dream — including logos, product photography, text, and design — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drape & Dream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
